 “Chautauqua’s Got Talent” The Crowns Theater welcomes singers, dancers, magicians, comedians and other performers of all ages to come and compete for hundreds of dollars in prizes including a free car rental from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, a free stay in a luxurious room at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites of Salamanca, a show as the headliner to kick off the Crown Theater’s next season and more. Hosted by American Idol’s Stephanie Fisher, much like The TV show America's Got Talent, this contest will have a judge’s panel that will offer constructive criticism but the audience will decide the winner.
Contest will run Mondays April 12 – May 3 at 7:00pm. Tickets will be on sale at The Labyrinth Press Company Café, 12 East 4th Street, Jamestown - $5.00 presale $6.00 at the door per night, or $15.00 for a pass to all nigt. Other productions that The Crown is planning for this season include; third episode of "Life with the Pepperonis”, A musical comedy featuring the adventures of pizzeria owner Tony Pepperoni, and his Swedish wife Olga Korvquist and the first ever Crown Bridal Expo.
With events like these, The Crown hopes to bring more life to the downtown atmosphere and help continue to make downtown Jamestown the place to be, along with the other area business and organizations who are already doing so |
