In honor of Annie
Immordino, accomplished local musician who participated in numerous musical
projects and ensembles during her life and devoted much time to the learning
and musical environment of our community’s youth. Her greatest passions in life were music and
children. A diagnosis of breast cancer at the age of 26
was the beginning of a 13 year battle with the illness, along with a variety of
subsequent life-threatening health issues.
It was her faith and music that sustained her through this time, as she
was always ready with a smile and a song. Annie’s
spirit lives on through all the people she touched in her 39 years and in the
music she left us. This non-profit
organization serves to continue her legacy through the following goals:
-To encourage and assist entertainers and artists of all ages and walks of life to
thrive.
-To facilitate an environment where entertainers and artists can
showcase their talents, inspiring others to do the same, thus,
uplifting community morale.
- To
encourage and foster artistic contributions to our community that boost the local
economy.
