The Willow Bay Commerce Center is a historic 5 story building leasing office suites, single offices, retail and commercial store frontage and storage rooms to local companies and organizations such as: Workforce Investment Board, HPSA Acumen, Learning Disabilities Association, Women Services, PSI, and Suburban Blend. Willow Bay has also been temporary home to The Infinity Performing Arts Program. Willow Bay does much more than rent out space. It is a goal of Willow Bay’s to help enhance business and life in general for everyone in the Jamestown area. The people at Willow Bay believe that as other businesses do well so will theirs, so it is in their best interest for all of the downtown businesses to thrive. One way that they follow through with this mission is producing and hosting events that draw large groups of people downtown to see what it has to offer and potentially patronize the wonderful business in the area. Another way is by offering quality rental space to businesses and individuals who otherwise could not afford it. With offices starting at $150 per month including utilities and some receptionist services a new business person is given the opportunity to have professional atmosphere without the cost, encouraging entrepreneurship in the downtown district.
